About The Position
Sunbelt Home Solutions, a leader in the home improvement industry for over 40 years, is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse/Fleet Supervisor to join our Fort Myers production team. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, supporting installation teams, and overseeing the company fleet. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, hands-on individual ready to contribute to our daily operations and ensure efficiency across multiple facets of the business.
Requirements
- Forklift certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry 50–100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, fleet, automotive, maintenance, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
- Ability to occasionally commute between company locations as needed.
- Trade/light service experience is a plus, including caulking, window trim, minor repairs, or similar work.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of windows, doors, TexCote products, and accessories.
- Move and organize windows and doors in preparation for installation and pickup.
- Stage materials and products for upcoming installation jobs.
- Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Assist installation and production teams with light field/service work as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Oversee the organization and day-to-day management of company vehicles.
- Track and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and scheduled services.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance appointments with approved vendors.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report or address maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service schedules.
