About The Position

Responsible for overseeing all functions of the fleet maintenance department. This role involves managing and coordinating the daily maintenance and repair of company-owned vehicles, establishing and maintaining vehicle operating and maintenance cost records, and evaluating information for vehicle disposal and replacement. The Fleet Supervisor will also determine inventory levels, obtain quotes, and order parts and supplies. Additionally, they will develop and administer a fleet management program to track vehicle service and replacement, work with outside vendors, and select, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate fleet maintenance personnel. Enforcing safety regulations and policies is also a key part of this role, along with the ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High-School Diploma/GED
• 2-4 years of fleet management experience
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Responsibilities
