About The Position

Responsible for day to day operations of the warehouse, such as, ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment and the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. We bring the high-speed Internet and phone experience to the underserved markets of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. We make a difference in the lives of everyone we serve, whether it is an online student, a work-at-home family, or large enterprises such as ISDs, higher education, or government entities.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively to team and management
• Must be able to work independently and be reliable
• Must be organized and able to learn
• Work with basic hand tools
• Ability to lift/pull heavy equipment
• Must have a team-oriented mentality and be safety conscious
• Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft programs is preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Shipping
• Receiving
• RMAs of faulty equipment
• Maintain a clean warehouse
• Operate a forklift safely
• Ordering and maintaining inventory minimum quantities
• Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites
• Program equipment as needed
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, including outside areas
• Prevent access to warehouse from unauthorized personnel
• Loading and unloading boxes/trucks/pallets
• Other duties as assigned
