About The Position

As a Warehouse Equipment Operator, you’ll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta. You will safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products throughout the warehouse. You will also complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs. Training and certification on all required equipment will be provided if not already experienced. You will ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order. Orders will be packed efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled. Inbound shipments will be received, inspected for damage or discrepancies, and accurately recorded in JDA. Products will be unloaded, sorted, and stored in designated locations using manual and automated systems, as well as powered equipment. You will also assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required and follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
  • Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker preferred
  • Willingness to train and certify on all required equipment is essential.
