About The Position

This role starts at $24.50 working Monday through Friday from 3:30p to 12:00a with monthly incentives that pay for performance with an average incentive of over $325 per month. Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
  • 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for accurate and safe completion of picking and storage activities using powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, stand-up high lifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers
  • Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

  • Operate powered industrial machinery, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
  • Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
  • Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
  • Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
  • Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
  • Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
  • Accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
  • Carry out all job responsibilities following OSHA standards and observe all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures established by the organization
