Warehouse Equipment Operator - Weekend Shift - $22 Per Hour
About The Position
Ferguson Front Royal DC is hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for our Weekend Shift. Overtime required as scheduled. Shift: Sat - Tues, 7AM - 5:30 PM (10- hour shifts). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Material handling equipment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
- Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
- Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
