This role is responsible for accurately counting and pulling parts from bin and pallet locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities ordered, and entering required information. The operator will repackage product as needed, apply and scan barcodes, and operate stock picker or reach equipment with the required certification. The position ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The operator must meet established quality and productivity goals, actively participate in job qualification audits, and strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, and being available to work overtime as required, are essential. The role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude, willingness to accept other duties as required, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a focus on desired results. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and notifying management of hazards is crucial. The operator will support daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, perform foreign object detection (FOD) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards, and actively cross-train in other areas as required.
