This role is responsible for accurately counting and pulling parts from bin and pallet locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information, repackaging product as needed, and applying and scanning barcodes. The position requires operating a stock picker or reach truck with the necessary certification. The operator must ensure TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while meeting established quality and productivity goals. The role involves actively participating in job qualification audits, adhering to standard operating procedures, and maintaining acceptable time and attendance. Overtime may be required due to business demands. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency. Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and reporting hazards is crucial. The role also supports daily warehouse department metrics and performs foreign object detection and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards. Cross-training in other areas is also required.
