This role is responsible for accurately counting and pulling parts from bin and pallet locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information, repackaging product as needed, and applying and scanning barcodes. The position requires operating a stock picker or reach truck with the necessary certification. The employee will ensure TTI meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while meeting established quality and productivity goals. Active participation in job qualification audits and adherence to standard operating procedures are expected. The role also involves maintaining acceptable time and attendance, being available for overtime, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude. A safe working environment must be maintained, and any observed safety hazards should be reported. The position supports daily warehouse metrics and performs foreign object detection and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards. Cross-training in other areas is also required. This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to ITAR regulations, and the individual must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
