About The Position

The Warehouse Ecommerce employee works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader. The role is responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks and for picking, pulling, and putting away tires and other products. The position supports the company’s vision of being the leading and most trusted provider of tires and services.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and lift 50 pounds continuously.

• Ability to safely operate a forklift, tire cart, pallet jack, and order picker.
• Ability to learn and use scanning devices to accurately confirm tires and shipments.
• Ability to work in a warehouse that is not climate controlled, with cold winter and hot summer temperatures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and/or assist with loading semi-trailers and route trucks.
• Use provided equipment and tools accurately and safely to verify, pick or pull, and put away tires and products.
• Keep tires and products in designated locations with tags visible, and restock as needed.
• Work safely at all times, including using equipment seat belts and order picker harnesses properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Support the Warehouse Manager’s decisions and company goals.
• Perform other appropriate and assigned duties.
• Uphold K&M Values.
