About The Position

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Warehouse Driver to join their Thrift Stores team. This role offers an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families while learning new skills. The Ranch thrift stores support the community and provide essential resources for the children served by the Ranch. The supportive and hardworking staff contribute to helping children see the world differently and feel loved through the care provided in the Ranch's residential treatment and educational centers.

Requirements

At least 21 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Sort through donations to find quality saleable items.
Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed.
Operate box trucks to pick up and deliver goods.
General warehouse maintenance.
