Requirements

Requires experience with a 26ft, 26k lbs. box truck.
Clean MVR
Medical DOT card
English Proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Have satisfactory, verifiable experience and/or appropriate training in the operation of a 26,000 lbs. GVWR 26ft box truck.
Ability to obtain and maintain a current DOT medical certification meeting the requirements set forth by Section 391.41, and corporate requirements.
Able to properly load, unload, and secure cargo including all related duties.
Able to accurately and legibly complete all required paperwork associated with the delivery of freight.
Complete all other tasks assigned by management for which the employee is qualified and physically able to perform, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Meet all Federal and State requirements for certification and CDL licensing for Class A, combination vehicle with airbrakes, including current DOT medical certification, meeting the requirements set forth by Section 391.41, and corporate requirements.
Ensure inventory loads match shipping papers.
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Support of company, department goals, programs and activities.
Works with all levels of management throughout the organization.
Develop a team oriented process to attain department and company objectives.
Monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays.
Read and interpret maps and GPS directions.
Inspect and maintain vehicle, adding fluids and oil as needed.
