Warehouse/Driver Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the Truck Driver is a key member of our operations team and performs all driving duties within a unionized environment as required. Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- One (1) year of experience working in a similar role
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong focus on safety
- The ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
Responsibilities
- Pick-up and delivery of materials, complete inspections and paperwork associated with materials pickup transport.
- Ensure safety and compliance of load.
- Handle accurate driver duty statuses and planned freight order delivery routing sequencing.
- Apply ePOD device to accurately collect customer delivery receipt of goods and other relevant shipment documents.
- Perform all other duties as required to make accurate deliveries and pick-ups for customers
