About The Position

This role is responsible for transporting bulk product between the manufacturing facility and customers, operating various warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The position requires adherence to DOT regulations and a commitment to quality service and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL must meet all DOT requirements.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in an industrial setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Professional conduct and respect toward colleagues and customers.
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk product between the manufacturing facility and customers.
• Load and unload trucks; verify shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate yard trucks, forklifts, and bulk truck loaders.
• Move materials between the plant and distribution center.
• Organize inventory and maintain proper storage practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible warehouse environment.
• Label and prepare materials for storage or shipment.
• Record material transfers using designated software systems.
• Support physical inventory counts.
• Perform general housekeeping and coordinate with other departments.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
