About The Position

As a Warehouse Dock Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trailers. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized dock area. You will be part of a company that operates a large distribution network across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean, serving a wide range of customers in the food industry.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or dock experience desirable.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product counts and condition against shipping and receiving documents.
- Stage products in designated areas for selection or shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain dock cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
