About The Position

The Warehouse Dispatcher Control is responsible for overseeing gate operations, coordinating outgoing deliveries, verifying dispatch documentation, and supporting inventory accuracy. This role serves as a key control point to ensure that all materials moving in and out of the warehouse are properly documented, verified, and aligned with inventory records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Able to perform the essential duties of the job.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times.
  • Must report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing vehicles at the warehouse entrance.
  • Verify entry and exit of delivery trucks, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure traffic flow remains organized, safe, and efficient within the warehouse.
  • Confirm that all loads match the corresponding documentation before trucks leave the facility.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between orders, loads, and paperwork before dispatch.
  • Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents, including delivery tickets, packing lists, and load sheets.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and provided to drivers before departure.
  • Verify that materials being loaded match inventory records and approved orders.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by reporting shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks as needed.
  • Coordinate with Inventory and Warehouse teams to confirm product availability prior to dispatch.
  • Report damage, missing, or incorrect materials to appropriate departments for correction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
