Warehouse & Design Coordinator
About The Position
L&M Corrugated is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and play a key role in supporting our growing business. Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience with inventory systems, ERP systems, or shipping software is a plus
- Interest in learning new skills and growing within the organization
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
- Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials
- Picking, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory control processes
- Improving warehouse organization, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Coordinating material needs with production and purchasing teams
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Working closely with office, production, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
- Training alongside our Corrugated Designer to learn packaging design concepts, systems, and workflows
- Providing backup support for design projects and customer requests as skills develop
- Collaborating with Design and Sales teams to help create packaging solutions for customers
