About The Position

With over 80 years serving the automotive, body shop, fleet, and industrial markets, Mainline Fleet Service and Auto Electric Service Ltd. is southern Saskatchewan’s largest locally owned and operated automotive parts warehouse. With locations in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn, we proudly support both retail and wholesale customers through strong relationships, expert service, and a commitment to community. We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse and Delivery Team Member to join our Mainline Fleet team. This position is ideal for someone dependable, energetic, and customer-focused. This is an entry level position with great opportunity to advance within our company. Industry knowledge is an asset, but we are more concerned with finding a person who has a strong work ethic and great attitude. As a Warehouse and Delivery Team Member, you will play a key role in both our warehouse operations and transportation needs. You will ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared, while also delivering products safely and efficiently to customers and our other Regina branches. This position will also involve picking up parts and products from suppliers and other locations as needed. You will help keep inventory and orders moving efficiently between our distribution centre, branches, suppliers, and customers. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, a commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Physically capable of lifting and handling automotive parts and boxes of varying weights
  • Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a customer service role is an asset
  • Strong navigation and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication skills
  • Industry knowledge is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a variety of parts and products safely and efficiently to our branches and customers in Regina and area
  • Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and dispatch instructions
  • Load, unload, and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Obtain required signatures and complete delivery documentation
  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Practice safe driving and comply with all traffic laws and company safety standards
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Use warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks
  • Assist with restocking shelves, and other warehouse tasks
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Represent Mainline Fleet Service in a courteous and professional manner at all times
