About The Position

Jack Laurie Group is hiring a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Specialist for its northwest Indianapolis team. This hybrid position combines warehouse work—including receiving, organizing, pulling, and loading materials—with local deliveries throughout the Indianapolis area. The role is suited to someone comfortable switching between warehouse and delivery work and helping wherever the team needs support.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and requires 40 or more hours per week. It is a first-shift role, typically starting between 6:30 and 7:00 AM and ending around 3:00 to 3:30 PM. Some schedule flexibility is required based on delivery schedules and workload. Pay is $21–$24 per hour, based on experience. Local deliveries mean employees are home daily.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a fairly clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, including required drug testing.
• Able to lift and carry more than 75 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout an 8–10-hour workday.
• Dependable and able to work 40 or more hours per week.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willing to be flexible based on delivery schedules and warehouse needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous box truck or delivery driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials.
• Pick and prepare materials for jobs and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Make local deliveries throughout the Indianapolis area.
• Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment.
• Help carry and move materials at jobsites when needed.
• Work with warehouse, operations, and field teams.
• Follow company safety and DOT requirements.
• Help wherever needed to keep warehouse and delivery operations running smoothly.
