About The Position

Jack Laurie Group is hiring a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Specialist for its team on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This is a hybrid warehouse and local delivery role, with time spent receiving, organizing, picking, and loading materials as well as making deliveries around the Indianapolis area. The role involves working with warehouse, operations, and field teams and helping wherever needed to keep warehouse and delivery work running smoothly.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with 40+ hours per week. It is a first-shift role, typically starting between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. and ending around 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. Some schedule flexibility is required based on deliveries and workload. Pay is $21–$24 per hour, based on experience. Local deliveries allow employees to be home daily.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, including required drug testing.
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving material throughout an 8–10-hour workday.
• Dependable and able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willing to be flexible based on delivery schedules and warehouse needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred.
• Warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials.
• Pick and prepare materials for jobs and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Make local deliveries throughout the Indianapolis area.
• Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment.
• Help carry and move material at jobsites when needed.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and field teams.
• Follow company safety and DOT requirements.
• Help wherever needed to keep warehouse and delivery operations running smoothly.
