About The Position

Great Floors, a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group (ADG) and a Lowe's company, is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Driver for its Nampa, Idaho location. The primary function of this role involves receiving products from vendors, preparing orders for shipment, and safely and accurately moving materials between vendors and warehouses. This includes tasks such as checking, labeling, and securing materials, managing paperwork, and assisting with loading and unloading.

ADG is a national provider of interior finishings solutions for homebuilders and property management clients, offering end-to-end design, procurement, and installation services. Since its founding in 2016 and acquisition by Lowe's in 2025, ADG has expanded its capabilities while maintaining a commitment to craftsmanship, service, and local expertise.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse and driving experience
• Previous experience operating a vehicle with GVWR of over 10,000 lbs.
• Successful completion of a Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) review
• Ongoing compliance with annual MVR reviews
• Ongoing compliance with DOT physical renewals
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing for the duration of employment

Responsibilities

• Count and stock materials in accordance with inventory control procedures
• Receive and verify incoming products from vendors
• Prepare and dispatch materials to installers
• Pack orders accurately and methodically, and complete job packages for shipment
• Identify and report any damage, lost, or missing materials promptly
• Handle all materials with care to ensure quality and prevent damage
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report any equipment issues
• Safely and legally transport material between vendors and warehouses
• Secure cargo to prevent damage
