About The Position

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Spokane, Washington. This hands-on role primarily supports warehouse operations, including handling and stocking inventory, preparing orders, loading trucks, and keeping work areas clean and safe. The employee also assists with customer pickups and occasional delivery routes to support the branch and provide customer service. The position is safety-sensitive and involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The posting notes a Monday–Friday schedule and an 8–10-hour work shift.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Have a valid driver's license.
Meet the stated physical demands, including handling glass and exerting the specified levels of force.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming inventory, inspect it for damage, process it, and stock it.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders, and load glass racks and trucks.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and affix appropriate labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules, deliver products, and receive returns.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Receive and process returned stock.
Complete logs and documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Assist customers during deliveries and at will call.
Help maintain the appearance of the branch, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
Follow health and safety policies and quality standards.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
