This position plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations and delivering quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and shipping materials while also safely delivering products to customer locations. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Current DOT medical card or willingness to obtain.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
One to two years of experience as a delivery driver.
F Endorsement on license or willingness to obtain.
Experience operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist with shipping and receiving activities by unloading trucks, checking incoming products, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
Pick, pack, stage, and distribute customer orders for shipment or delivery.
Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Prepare LTL and UPS shipments, including weighing and shipping documentation.
Process branch transfers and maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Safely and accurately deliver materials to customers in a timely manner.
Verify deliveries against customer orders and assist with unloading.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete required DOT documentation.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Ensure trucks remain clean, organized, and equipped with required safety equipment.
Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a positive, professional attitude.
Communicate effectively with customers and resolve concerns according to company policy.
Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and communicating opportunities to the sales team.
