About The Position
FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Associate to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, work effectively in a team setting, demonstrate a high level of customer service, and exhibit strong attention to detail. This role involves preparing equipment and materials for transport, loading and unloading products, and operating a forklift.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must have experience driving a vehicle while pulling a trailer.
- Must be able to multitask and work within daily deadlines.
- Must communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, reach with hands and arms.
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.
- The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds without assistance.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and materials for transport to job sites utilizing company vehicles with trailer (if applicable).
- Load and unload products in truck utilizing forklift and/or hand truck.
- Drive forklift safely.
