About The Position

This role involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including unloading and staging products at the customer’s business location. The associate is expected to represent TireHub professionally in all customer interactions, maintain safe driving practices, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster strong customer relationships. This position has a starting wage of $21.20 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year of employment and includes a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

At least 1 year of general work experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have at least 3 years of driving history, with a valid driver’s license (does not include driver’s permit).
Must be 19 years old or older.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
Work up to 35 feet above ground level.
Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
Follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems.
Must be able to maintain a forklift certification.
Ability to maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; time with a learner’s permit does not qualify).

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery.
Unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location.
Representing TireHub professionally in all customer interactions.
Maintaining safe driving practices.
Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Distributing tasks including General Warehousing, Delivery Services, and Vehicle Maintenance.
Loading, unloading, inspecting, and tallying tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
Following TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and positioning them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
Operating equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Conducting and participating in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of regularly scheduled and annual inventory control procedures.
Collecting payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
Ensuring vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition.
Conducting pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and immediately reporting any operational issues or mechanical defects to the supervisor or designated person.
Completing all necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs on a regular basis.
Ensuring compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
Participating and maintaining ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
Completing other tasks assigned by their Supervisor or another member of leadership.
