About The Position

The Warehouse & Delivery Associate performs active warehouse and local delivery work, including handling tires, preparing orders, operating warehouse equipment, and providing customer service. The role involves working in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions, with physical activity throughout the shift. OSHA certification training for order pickers and forklifts is provided. The position includes a flexible schedule that may include some Saturdays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height for compatibility with equipment and safety restraints; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable laws.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Load and unload tires in the warehouse.
Deliver products to customers on local routes.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
Perform basic vehicle checks and keep equipment clean.
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
Assist with inventory and warehouse organization.
Safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.
