About The Position

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Warehouse, Delivery, and Support Specialist to join its team at its East Moline location. In this role, you will be responsible for all warehouse daily procedures, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, stocking shelves, picking orders, arranging shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. In this position, at times you will also be assisting in the Parts department.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and keep an organized environment.
• Work responsibly as an individual with minimal direction.
• Some experience and knowledge of Heavy Equipment Parts.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
• Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
• Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
• Comfortable and fluent with a desktop computer, software, and email.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years warehouse experience preferred.
• CDL license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving parts.
• Process cores and returns.
• Stocking shelves and assisting with inventory accuracy.
• General warehouse duties.
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
• Operating forklift.
• Assisting the Parts Department.
• Driving flatbed F-350 parts delivery truck to pick up and deliver parts.
• Possibly pulling trailers.
