Job Summary Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments, inventory management, carrier and customer communications, and other related support activities.

• Demonstrated effective planning and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
• Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Associate Degree Emphasis in administrative support or related area Required
• 3 years of customer service experience Preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a WMS software platform

Responsibilities

• Ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates.
• Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities.
• Provide support for customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-add warehouse or production projects.
• Update the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, processing and distributing information.
