Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments, inventory management, carrier and customer communications, and other related support activities. Ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates. Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities. Provide support for customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-add warehouse or production projects. Update the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) as needed. Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, processing and distributing information.
