About The Position
United Carolina Beverages is seeking a maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. This role is responsible for ensuring facilities are clean and functional. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have an eye for detail, possess experience and solid technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and physical stamina. Previous warehouse experience is desired but not required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Three months similar or related experience
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Top-notch internal and external customer service and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous Warehouse experience is desired
- Prior distribution warehouse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etcetera
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks
- Operate riding floor scrubber
- Report safety issues to the Warehouse Manager
