About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by maintaining an organized yard and shop, managing inventory, and coordinating the flow of materials. This hands‑on position involves operating equipment, supporting shipping and receiving, and ensuring accurate documentation in the ERP system. It’s a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys an active work environment, takes pride in efficiency, and thrives on keeping things moving.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy equipment.
  • Proficient with power tools and hand tools; mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing general labour duties.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, yard, or industrial environment.
  • Previous yard operations or shipping & receiving experience.
  • Experience/Knowledge within construction or a similar industry.
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Safety training and/or First Aid certification.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the shop and yard, including snow removal and general site maintenance.
  • Support and promote Titan’s commitment to safety and Core Values, including assisting with yard safety program initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring accurate records in Excel and the company ERP system.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Receive, ship, and verify materials by matching packing slips to purchase orders and processing orders in the ERP system.
  • Operate heavy equipment (Zoom boom, loader, skid steer, etc.,) to safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Provide cross-functional operational support during employee absences to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Perform general labour duties and other related tasks as required.
