About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by managing the flow of security equipment and supplies within the facility. This role ensures that items are accurately received, stored, and distributed while coordinating with other branches to maintain inventory levels that meet customer demands. The Warehouse Coordinator collaborates closely with warehouse staff, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain an organized, efficient, and secure warehouse environment according to company policies and security protocols. What you’ll be doing (and doing well!): Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking. Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of security equipment and supplies. Organize and store items properly, maintaining an updated and accurate inventory. Assist in performing regular inventory checks and stock audits. Follow security protocols to safeguard warehouse assets. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline receiving and distribution. Prepare and organize shipments for delivery, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate. Assist with general warehouse upkeep, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements
