About The Position

AirLife is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for its Receiving department at a climate-controlled facility in Litchfield Park. Warehouse Coordinators are process experts across multiple warehouse functions and assist Leads in coordinating picking, lumping, and receiving activities, with exposure to other distribution center functions. The role supports distribution center goals by coordinating processes, operating material-handling equipment safely, and contributing to a positive team environment. The schedule is 1st shift, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Travel may be required as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of fast-paced warehouse experience.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Basic math, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks.
• Experience operating electric pallet riders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams, Leads, supervisors, and departments to coordinate processes that promote distribution center goals.
• Understand the processes for air picks and floor picks.
• Coordinate lumping operations.
• Maintain familiarity with processes across the distribution center.
• Operate material-handling equipment carefully and safely.
• Engage with multiple functions to promote a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and look for ways to improve quality and safety.
• Treat people with respect and dignity and embrace diversity.
