The Warehouse Coordinator supports the tracking and updating of domestic transportation shipments. The role updates systems and reports with tracking information, ensures trucks en route have transmitted Advanced Order Files (AOF) and subsequent EDI 215/214 messages, and processes order drops for providers not set up with the AOF 215/214 process. After third-party logistics trucks leave the warehouse, the coordinator reviews transmitted orders to verify that the hub received them without error. As directed, the coordinator communicates with the warehouse, regional team, and carriers to obtain updates and provide shipment status information. The role requires adaptability, effective multitasking and prioritization, proficiency navigating systems and spreadsheets, collaborative working relationships, customer focus, initiative, integrity, and accountability. The coordinator performs tasks using a computer and telephone daily, completes repetitive processing steps, maintains customer confidentiality, and is expected to maintain consistent, regular scheduled attendance. Other duties may be assigned.
