About The Position

Warehouse Coordinator Roto-Rooter, America’s premier provider of plumbing and drain cleaning company is the name that homeowners and businesses turn to for select quality services. We are proud of our 90-year history of success, but it’s our future that has us so excited! We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator at our Chicago Branch, located in Schaumburg, IL. This is an hourly paid position with a pay range between $22.00-$25.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

Must work well in a team environment
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must have problem solving and good organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Acceptable background check per company policy
Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc

Responsibilities

Perform all warehouse duties including the ordering, distribution, and inventory control of parts for technicians and managers.
Inside and out general building Maintenance
Machine and Equipment Repairs
Receive, ship, and move internal parts, such as machines or plumbing equipment
Create and enforce control parameters
Reconcile inventory counts at the end of each quarter
Research vendors and parts supplies to lower overhead and increase profits
Insure a clean and safe warehouse
Orders and tracks PPE supplies
Assists Management and branch of delivery of parts as needed
