About The Position

This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, reducing overall shrink, and minimizing out-of-stock situations for our customers. The position supports daily warehouse operations by reconciling inbound and outbound shipments, performing inventory counts, completing break and rework activities, and helping maintain facility cleanliness and PQI standards. Beyond its financial importance, this role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring the correct cases are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of experience with inbound and outbound processes.
• Basic MS Office and inventory software skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience processing BOLs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday, with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.
• Own Inventory responsibilities for location/OSW
• Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse/OSW
• Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
• Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers
• Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of another facility/OSW
• Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance
• Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy
• Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on period close weekends when required)
• Manage at-risk and product rotation
• Participate each period close process
