About The Position

This role focuses on coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient inventory management. The primary function of the Warehouse Coordinator is to support and coordinate shipping and receiving activities which include overseeing inventory accuracy, managing receiving processes, and facilitating shipment preparations to support organizational efficiency. Voyant Beauty specializes in the development and manufacturing of beauty, personal, and home care products, working with various brands, retailers, and businesses to create customer formulations and products tailored to their needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Familiar with Inventory management
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with Logistics coordination
• Familiar with Safety and compliance standards
• Familiar with Warehouse operations
• Familiar with Shipping and receiving procedures
• Understands Inventory audits
• Ability to Schedule and plan
• Displays Team leadership
• Understands Quality control
• Must be able to speak and write professionally in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to work in a change oriented, fast-paced environment.
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Knows how to navigate multiple ERPs
• Ability to provide customer service

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree
• 1-3 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
