About The Position
MEMCO is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate for a part-time opportunity in Harlingen, TX. This position operates within a smaller warehouse environment with limited supervision, making it ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing daily warehouse responsibilities independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory tracking, inventory counts, warehouse organization, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Requirements
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working with inventory such as water filtration units and components
- Basic computer or scanner experience (inventory tracking)
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing daily tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for daily inventory communication and reporting
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse responsibilities independently.
- Perform inventory tracking and inventory counts.
- Organize warehouse.
- Provide inventory updates and warehouse status reports.
- Load, unload, sort, scan, and organize inventory.
- Shipping and receiving.
