About The Position

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Warehouse Coordinator to join our amazing culture. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows. This role involves administering and operating the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing, and ordering of tools, supplies, materials, and equipment. The position is responsible for supporting receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner, providing project and service support to field colleagues, and supporting office colleagues as needed. It may also provide support for fleet and facilities management programs. Requirements

  • High School/GED or equivalent experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
  • Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Customer service and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving experience
  • Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation

Responsibilities
