Impact Housing (IH) is a vertically integrated modular design-builder and developer headquartered in Southern California. Our mission is to continuously evolve the world’s most sophisticated and efficient housing delivery system. We pursue this mission by reimagining every element of how multifamily projects are designed, manufactured, and built—driving down costs, shortening schedules, and expanding access to high-quality housing for the people who need it most, whether through LIHTC or unsubsidized projects. The On-Site Coordinator closes the gap between different operational phases by owning the factual record of every warranty claim, construction deficiency, and post-delivery defect across the owned portfolio and delivered third-party projects. This role is crucial for documenting what was found, when, in which unit, in what condition, and where it originated. It sits in corporate asset management, independent of manufacturing or construction teams, to ensure unbiased documentation. This is a documentation role, not an adjudication role, where the Coordinator assembles evidence and prepares a written determination of origin for review.
