Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Desire to grow within an organization.
- High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.
- A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
- Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.
- Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.
- Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
- Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
- Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
