About The Position

Under minimal supervision, this role coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. The Warehouse Coordinator III will coordinate activities for different areas such as Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting, based on direction from Operations management.

Requirements

• Adherence to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials.
• Skill in accurately sorting, labeling, packaging, and storing goods.
• Effective communication skills with team and support teams.
• Proactive approach to seeking improvements in quality, safety, processes, and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Stopping work and reporting major injury hazards immediately to enhance safety.
• Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards to promote health.
• Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of work on the environment for environmental stewardship.
• Performing quality checks and identifying non-conforming materials for quality assurance.
• Accurately sorting, labeling, packaging, and storing goods for efficient delivery.
• Communicating effectively with the team and support teams for team collaboration.
• Seeking ways to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow for continuous improvement.
