About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring temporary Collation Associates in Sunnyvale, Texas, to organize, match, and assemble merchandise for accurate order fulfillment in support of a client in the sports merchandise and licensed apparel industry. Associates prepare product groupings for subsequent fulfillment processing while following established procedures, quality standards, and productivity expectations. The role offers a choice of second shift (1:00 PM–9:00 PM) or third shift (9:00 PM–5:00 AM), Monday through Friday, with availability for overtime and weekends as needed. Compensation is $18.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit or debit card payment options. The anticipated start date is to be confirmed.

• Ability to perform repetitive sorting, assembly, and merchandise handling tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse collation, kitting, order assembly, or fulfillment.
• Experience in sorting, packing, inventory handling, or product inspection.
• Familiarity with order picking instructions or product identification systems.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, match, and organize merchandise according to order instructions.

• Identify missing, incorrect, or damaged items and report discrepancies.
• Prepare completed product groupings for the next stage of fulfillment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting productivity expectations.
