About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk position involves overseeing various warehouse operations including general labor, production, forklift operations, shipping & receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment. The role requires ensuring adherence to specific instructions, monitoring workflow, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining accurate order fulfillment for direct-to-consumer clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise general labor staff to ensure correct label placement, pallet height compliance, and adherence to retail fulfillment instructions.
• Follow order-specific instructions provided with each order and detailed on the pick ticket.
• Monitor throughput, organize workflow, plan production activities, and lead the order book to ensure all cancel dates and deadlines are met.
• Oversee safe forklift operations, accurate picking and putaway processes, and compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations, including receiving ocean containers, loading outbound trailers for completed orders, and processing small parcel shipments.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and merchandise distribution for direct-to-consumer clients through small parcel shipping.
