Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full-time employees producing approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture Transportation Department for Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Rail consisting of over 30 transportation professionals located in Memphis, TN 700 associates in our Sourcing offices in 10 countries in Asia and Europe including China, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Italy, and Turkey The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for meeting and maintaining company service standards in a team environment including Monogram and Non-Monogram orders. The Warehouse Clerk position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1-year experience in a warehouse/distribution setting with similar responsibilities
  • This is an onsite and in office role
  • Must be a self-starter and a team player
  • Have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work flexible schedule
  • Able to read and match numbers
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to train new associates in the department’s processes and procedures during high volume periods
  • Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
  • Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1-year experience in a warehouse/distribution setting with similar responsibilities
  • Have working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) and Crystal reporting

Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOL for outgoing Trailers
  • Partner with Yard Dispatch on trailer moves, request and resolving issues
  • Research exceptions cartons in Personal Knowledge Management Systems (PKMS) and disposition appropriately by company guidelines
  • Receive Corrugate (PKMS) and Bar Code pallets
  • Assist with unloading and storing of Shipping Supplies
  • Assist with scanning packages on the Exception Line, Poly Bag area and Resolving issues in Recon
  • Assist with supplying packaging with daily shipping supplies
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
