About The Position

Responsible for receiving inventory in GP, managing parts repair logs, auditing stock, assisting employees and contractors in locating parts, performing cycle counts, and tracking warehouse inventory.

Requirements

• Detail oriented, strong communication skills, and Self-Starter.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Excel, and Outlook software
• Forklift certified
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or welding replacement parts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, log, and coordinate parts repairs with vendors and departments.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Receiving daily shipments into the computer system.
• Accept deliveries, check in products/place into proper stocking locations, pick parts, issue parts to appropriate departments, perform cycle count, and assist employees and contractors as “customers”.
• Audit part labeling, quantity, and stocking locations.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Operate Forklift, Reach Truck, and Vidmar rack system.
• Vacation coverage for coworkers (including swing shift when necessary).
• Other task assigned by Supervisor and Department Manager.
