Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse/inventory systems (e.g., WMS or ERP software)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Nice To Haves

  • additional coursework in logistics or inventory management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse management systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues.
  • Ensure all clerical duties related to the warehouse are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
