The person in this position is primarily responsible for the complete management of all company and project-specific inventories. They also contribute to the smooth execution of material shipments for various departments and play a key role in meeting deadlines and ensuring delivery quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Functional English
• Rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, especially artificial intelligence
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with various stakeholders
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, especially regarding new technologies such as artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate management of internal and external inventories, including required system adjustments
• Perform weekly cycle counts and the annual inventory, in collaboration with the Finance department during audits
• Receive goods, including verification of quantities and documentation accuracy
• Pick, prepare, and deliver parts for production lines, projects, and customer shipments
• Receive and process shipping requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information
• Validate delivery requirements with internal and external customers and follow up on shipment dates
• Track borrowed parts, missing parts, and returns
• Manage obsolete inventory in accordance with established principles (e.g., FIFO) and perform required inventory transfers
• Open, process, and follow up on purchase orders, NCRs, and related inventory movements
• Participate in the management of hazardous materials in compliance with applicable procedures and standards
• Provide logistical support to other sites, as needed
• Contribute to sample management
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Perform any other related tasks associated with warehouse operations
