About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk receives, pulls, and picks orders; processes orders and price events; stocks, replenishes, and rotates inventory; and delivers orders while returning empty containers to the warehouse. The role may include operating a forklift, completing logs and paperwork, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment. Forklift certification is required to be assigned as a forklift driver.

The position also involves providing courteous service and assistance to internal and external guests, following safety practices and park policies, and helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. Team members are expected to handle conflicts professionally, remain composed during difficult interactions, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Must be available to work at least four days per week during peak seasons, including rotating mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Forklift certification is required to be assigned as a forklift driver.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pull, and pick orders; process orders and price events; stock, replenish, and rotate inventory.
• Operate a forklift when assigned, complete daily logs and required forms and paperwork, and deliver orders.
• Pick up empty containers and return them to the warehouse.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
• Provide extraordinary guest service to internal and external guests, answer questions, share information courteously, and offer assistance.
• Demonstrate proper safety practices, maintain department standards, and uphold park safety policies.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests, following company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
