About The Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our Inventory Control team at our Canemont facility located in SW Houston. This role is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, coordinating inventory movement, processing transactions, and assisting with order fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, operations, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide stock movement reports to stockers for inventory transfers from Quality Assurance to designated bin locations.
- Update and move inventory within the system based on stocker reports.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Perform periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Schedule pulling activities, including: SRVs, Transfer Orders, Loose Orders, India Orders, Assembly Orders, Material Requests.
- Coordinate pulling priorities based on planner demand and operational requirements.
- Verify that pullers properly document all transactions.
- Enter inventory transactions from manual pick lists and validate accuracy upon completion.
- Generate delivery orders, packing slips, and commercial invoices for loose orders, SRVs, and transfer orders.
