Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the daily operations of inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate shipment/receipt of goods
• Update schedule and check in drivers when needed
• Assist with auditing outgoing orders
• Research and respond to customer service requests
• Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor
• Completes all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Have the ability to operate the following pieces of equipment: Reach Truck Operator, Double Pallet Jack
